Aloha to the Keoni Ohana.
OMG..... I'm crying big tears since his passing.

He was soooooooooooooo awesome!!!!
I remember taking some friends on Ali‘i Drive in Kailua-Kona AND there he was at Lymans where he had just surfed and added an outdoor shower for the surfers!!!
What an awesome thing to do!!!!

Mayor Billy was AWESOME to come to Kailua-Kona and actually meet with people here once a week.

The upper road–Ane Keohokālole Highway was one of his AWESOME creations.
I drive it every time I leave Costco and think of him every time.

I LOVE YOU Mayor Billy and You are sooooooooo missed.
