Aloha family and Mayor Kenoi:


I was an outsider working for the County when I had the extreme pleasure of meeting your father and our new Mayor.
Billy always made me laugh. He presented our IAAP members with a proclamation on Administrative Professionals Day which was an honor. I thank you for that Mr. Mayor.


I thank you for your kindness extended to me always. I also thank you for your reassurance that everything would be fine, during the lava flow, as you held meetings in Hawaiian Beaches for us to attend.


It has been my honor meeting you on the Big Island. Until we meet again in heaven, may GOD Bless you and your family.
